Private yoga/meditation sessions are perfect for anyone interested in a disciplined practice, designed specifically for his/her needs and schedule, including:
- Beginners who are looking to learn correct, safe alignment before joining a group class where they may not get the attention they need
- Regular practitioners who seek a customized practice to work on specific postures or to take them to the next level
- Anyone looking to develop a regular home practice
- Anyone who doesn’t have time to attend group classes but wants to reap the benefits of a consistent practice
After a thorough intake of your lifestyle and your goals for a yoga and/or meditation practice, we schedule a series of sessions, based on your schedule. Session times can be changed with 24 hour notice, giving you ultimate flexibility.
Semi-private sessions for two students are also available.
Group private sessions are available for residence gyms, corporate workshops and retreats, fundraisers and parties. This is also an option for groups who prefer to practice yoga at a private home.
